** Payment arrangements for extramural clients should be discussed with the manager in advance of the analyses.

^† For LC/MS analyses, the client should provide the column and the conditions of separation. A sample chromatogram done by the client is often quite helpful. It is recommended (and may be required) that the client provide his/her own mobile phase.
